Operational analysis, onboarding, data migration, initial configuration, channel setup and training form a tailored one-off professional implementation project outside the subscription: it prepares data and workflows, reduces operational risk during the PMS transition and supports the team through go-live. Scope and price are stated in the proposal. HospiBox onboarding is the exception and is included in the €990 device price.

HospiBox
An optional device at the front desk. When the internet drops, reservations, check-in, room accounts and supported essential operations remain available locally. Activities that require external services are queued and resume when connectivity returns.
The €990 one-off price, excluding VAT, includes HospiBox onboarding. Data migration, PMS setup, channel connections and training remain outside the software subscription and are quoted as a separate professional project.
